Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to purchases using this ShipServ
WebStore:
A. Company purchases
All purchases may only be made on behalf of a company. If you are buying the product as an individual, please contact ShipServ Ltd (sales@shipserv.com) and do not complete this transaction on-line.
B. Application to become a TradeNet Member and / or use a ShipServ product or service
If you wish to become a TradeNet Member and / or a customer for a ShipServ product and service:
1. Completion of this payment process is solely an application on behalf of your company to become a TradeNet Member and use a ShipServ product or service.
2. The contract with your company is only completed when ShipServ's contract is completed as part of the on-line sign-up process.
3. Until such time as this is complete, ShipServ reserves the right to refuse your company's application and refund any money paid.
C. Existing Customers
If you are a TradeNet Member:
1. An order for a product or service is made subject to your existing contract with ShipServ.
2. If you have wrongly ordered a product or service, you can cancel the order and request a refund, provided that this is done with one working day of your making the order.
D. Other Terms & Conditions
The product page of this payment process may set out any terms and conditions particularly applicable to the product or service being purchased.
E. Currency
All prices are shown and billed in Euros, but you will be charged by your credit card company in the currency of your credit card at its applicable rates.
